Ace2000 are facing their toughest challenge yet! The Team at The Academy in Pelaw are setting off on a 95 mile walk in aid of the Charity 'Get Kids Going'.
However, as Staff Spanton explains it is not just a case of putting on your best walking boots and going for a stroll in the country!
The Team have to work out the logistics of the Task. Starting at Milngavie on the Northern outskirts of Glasgow and finishing at Fort William, in the west Highlands.
The Team have been given an Opp's Room at the Centre to help with their planning.
They have anticipated it will take them six days to complete, taking into consideration the terrain, daylight hours, meal & fluid breaks.
Because of the size of the Task only twelve of the Team will be able to take part in the actual walk. These twelve will be chosen through their dedication and committment to the challange.
The members left behind will have the very important Task of supporting their Team-mates by working hard at aquiring and collecting as much sponsorship as they can to make it all worthwile.
