Celebrating Equality
[tc]T[/tc]here is a very interesting programme available from Equality North East.
The programme If I Can ... You Can, includes trained facilitators who deliver confidence building workshops aimed at breaking down barriers and raising the personal and career aspirations of young people in the North East.
The programme tackles issues such as gender stereotyping in the workplace and enables participants to meet role models from different backgrounds, cultures and occupations to help broaden their horizons.
