Ace2000
A Military Preparation course for 16-18 year olds is now being provided as part of the E2E programme in Gateshead.

Ace2000 Training & Development Ltd opened its doors at St Helier House in Pelaw to the first recruits on Monday 27th September 2004. The course has been designed as an Ace2000 Life Skills Diploma to prepare those who have been out of mainstream education or training and feel they have barriers that may stop them from enjoying a career in the military.

The emphasis on the course is very much about working together, raising self esteem, trust and self discipline in a cohesive and structured programme that will make a difference to the social and personal development of an individual. The course is challenging by nature, yet exciting to anyone willing to succeed.

Managing Director Terry Warwick explains. "Our flexible approach to teaching has proved essential to existing clients whose students have benefited from our delivery methods. Although the course is specifically tailored to military requirements, the knowledge, skills & attitudes underpinning this programme are generic, and can be transferred to any variety of employment situations."

Terry believes: "What we tell you, you will forget. What we show you, you may remember. When we involve you, you will understand."

We wish the Centre every success.
